How it works
- You keep sending estimates the way you do now. No new software to learn.
- Your customer gets short check-ins on day 2, 5, 10 and 20, from your email address. You approve every message before anything goes live.
- It stops the moment they reply: yes, no, or "stop". Nobody gets pestered.
- Every Monday you get one email listing the estimates that are still open.
The 30-day pilot
$149, one time
- 30 days. $0 setup. No auto-renewal: nothing else is charged unless you choose to continue.
- About 7 days from your go-ahead to live: access, templates you approve, a test with dummy addresses, then live.
- On day 30 you get the numbers: follow-ups sent, customers who replied, quiet estimates that came back.
- If it's not worth it, you stop and keep the templates. Continuing afterwards is $249 a month.
- Full refund if you cancel before setup starts.
- Open to our first 3 pilot clients, in exchange for a 20-minute feedback call and permission to share anonymised results.
What we don't do or promise
It doesn't answer your phone, send texts, run ads or change your website. We don't promise more jobs: we set it up and report what actually happens.
We're new and have no case studies yet. We won't show you made-up reviews, logos or numbers; the pilot is how we earn real ones.
